Terms of Use

By using Thermidoc, you agree to the following terms:

1. Authorized Use
   Thermidoc is licensed for use by authorized personnel within your organization. Sharing login credentials with unauthorized users is prohibited.
2. Data Responsibility
   You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data entered into the system, including customer and inspection information.
3. Inspection Packages
   Packages are purchased in units of 100 inspections. Packages remain valid until fully used. Renewals are required once all inspections are consumed.
4. Billing and Taxes
   All prices are exclusive of VAT and applicable taxes, which will be added to invoices. Optional features or integrations may incur additional costs.
5. Compliance
   Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using Thermidoc, including data protection and safety regulations.
6. Limitations and Liability
   Software Control AS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
7. Termination of Use
   Software Control AS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users violating these terms.
