Get a FLIR ixx camera, choose the thermidoc app and you can start your inspection immediately. No registration is required.

Start a New Report

The first page shows an list of existing inspections. Create an inspection by pressing the  blue plus-button in bottom right corner of the screen.


Enter Inspection Details

When creating an inspection, you need to provide required information about the inspection. The «Inspection Title» is required, other fields are optional. When ready press the «Create-button».

Ready for Inspection

You are now ready to start the inspection at the customer site. To add a cover photo for the report, select the camera button in the menu bar and take a picture.

Inspection on site

Carry out the inspection on-site, capturing observations, images, and measurements. Record both thermal and visual findings, and describe each issue with severity levels and additional notes.

Create an Observation

Click the shutter button to activate the live view, then choose thermal or visual mode from the bottom menu. Once you capture an image, an observation will automatically be created.



Describe your Finding

Describe what the issue is and where it is located, then assign a severity level to the observation. For visual findings, you can add multiple images and use symbols such as arrows and circles to highlight specific details in the picture.

Thermal Observation

When using Thermal Mode, it will take both a thermal image and a visual image. Open the thermal image within the observation to analyze it directly, adjust details, and prepare it for the report.


Generate and Deliver the Report

Enter your conclusion and summary, then generate a PDF report based on the inspection findings. The report can be easily shared with the customer via email or SMS, giving them instant access.

Create the Report

To create a report, click the report button in the bottom menu. You will then be able to enter a conclusion and a summary of the inspection. When ready, generate a PDF report to see exactly what will be delivered to the customer.




Preview the Report

The PDF report can be viewed and scrolled through to see exactly how it will appear to the customer. Go back at any time to make edits or add additional information before finalizing the report.

Send via QR Code

By scanning the code with your phone, you will receive a unique link to the report, which you can send to the customer via email or SMS, giving them direct access to the report

Q

  • What is included in the free version?

    The free version includes up to 5 reports for a limited period. It gives you access to all core features, but report editing is only available directly on the Ixx camera — not on other devices.

  • What extra features do I get with a paid subscription?

    With a paid plan, you can add your own company logo to reports, edit reports directly in a web browser, and access a full overview of all reports online.

  • Can I edit reports in a web browser?

    Yes. With a paid plan, you can open and edit your reports directly in a web browser, allowing you to make adjustments before sending them to the customer.

  • What is the payment model?

    Thermidoc does not use a traditional subscription model. Instead, you purchase a package with a set number of reports, which are deducted as you generate new reports for customers. When the package is used up, you simply purchase another. You can register as many users and customers in the system as you like.

  • How do I upgrade my subscription?

    To upgrade, select the option to purchase a new report package within the app. Enter the required details in the order form, including how and where the invoice should be sent.

  • How do I contact support?

    You can contact support by using the contact form in the app or by sending an email to support@thermidoc.no.

  • Is training available for new users?

    All paid plans include a 30-minute training session. If you need more, you can easily book additional sessions directly in the app.
